Morzaar Return Policy

At Morzaar, we’re committed to ensuring your shopping experience is smooth, secure, and satisfying.

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations — and that’s why we’ve designed a simple and transparent return process.

1. Overview

We want you to shop with confidence.

If you’re not fully satisfied with a product you’ve purchased from Morzaar, you can request a return or replacement under our easy-return policy.

Return eligibility varies based on the product category, seller, and condition of the item — but we always aim to make the process hassle-free for you.

2. Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return if:

  1. It was delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
  2. You received a wrong or missing item.
  3. The product is not as described on our website.
  4. You received the item in a different size, color, or variant than ordered.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure:

  1. The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  2. All tags, labels, accessories, and manuals are intact.
  3. The return request is raised within the return window mentioned on the product page (usually between 7–10 days from delivery).

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items can’t be returned for hygiene or custom reasons. These include:

  1. Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear.
  2. Personal care, beauty, and grooming products.
  3. Perishable goods, food items, and health supplements.
  4. Customized, handmade, or made-to-order products.
  5. Digital or downloadable products.

Such items will be clearly marked as “Non-returnable” on their product pages.

4. Easy Return Process

We’ve made returning items quick and convenient:

  1. Log in to your Morzaar account.
  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the order you want to return.
  3. Click “Return Item” and choose your reason.
  4. Upload clear images (if applicable).
  5. Confirm your return request.

Once your request is submitted, our team will arrange a pickup from your address (if eligible).

You’ll receive real-time updates via email or SMS as your return is processed.

5. Return Pickup & Inspection

After your return is scheduled:

  1. The product will be picked up by our authorized courier partner.
  2. Once it reaches our warehouse or the seller, it will undergo a quality inspection.
  3. Upon successful verification, your refund or replacement will be initiated.

If the returned item doesn’t meet our return conditions (e.g., used, missing accessories), the product will be sent back to you.

6. Refund & Replacement

After the returned item passes inspection:

  1. Refunds are initiated to your original payment method (Card, UPI, Wallet, or Bank Account) within 5–7 business days.
  2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll be asked to provide your bank or UPI details for the refund.
  3. If you opt for a replacement, we’ll dispatch the new item once the returned one is received and verified.

7. Late or Missing Returns

If you haven’t received your refund or replacement within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank or wallet account.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
