Morzaar Order Cancellation Policy

At Morzaar, we know that plans can change — and we want to give you full control over your shopping experience. Our Order Cancellation Policy is designed to be flexible, transparent, and customer-first, so you can shop confidently every time.

1. Overview

You can cancel your order easily on Morzaar as long as it hasn’t been packed or shipped.

Once the order moves to the “Ready to Ship” or “Shipped” stage, cancellation may not be possible — but you can still request a return or refund after delivery (as per our Return Policy).

2. How to Cancel an Order

Cancelling your order is simple and takes just a few clicks:

  1. Log in to your Morzaar account.
  2. Go to “My Orders”.
  3. Select the order or item you want to cancel.
  4. Click on “Cancel Item” and confirm your reason.
  5. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS.

If your order is eligible for cancellation, the request will be processed immediately.

3. Cancellation Before Shipment

  1. Orders can be fully cancelled before they are shipped.
  2. If payment was made online (via UPI, card, or wallet), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  3. If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund is necessary since payment hasn’t been made.

4. Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly.

However, you may refuse delivery when the courier arrives — the product will then be returned to the seller automatically, and your refund (if prepaid) will be processed once the return is verified.

5. Partial Cancellation

  1. You can cancel specific items from your order if multiple products were purchased.
  2. Refunds for cancelled items will be issued to the original payment method.
  3. The rest of your order will continue to be processed and delivered as scheduled.

6. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refunds are processed depending on your payment method:

  1. Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallets): Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  2. Cash on Delivery Orders: No refund is required since you haven’t paid yet.
  3. Refunds will appear in your bank account, wallet, or payment source once confirmed by your bank or payment provider.

7. Seller or System-Initiated Cancellations

Sometimes, orders may be cancelled automatically by Morzaar or the seller due to:

  1. Product out of stock or unavailable.
  2. Payment verification failure or technical issue.
  3. Delivery service unavailability at your location.
  4. Fraud detection or suspicious activity.

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.

8. Changing or Modifying an Order

Once an order has been placed, product details or addresses cannot be modified.

If you wish to change your order, you can cancel it before shipment and place a new order with the correct details.

9. Late or Failed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund even after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank or wallet account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider for updates.
