1. Ordering & Account

Q1: How do I place an order on Morzaar?

Placing an order is easy!

  1. Browse through products on morzaar.com.
  2. Choose the product you like and click “Add to Cart”.
  3. Go to your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout”, and complete payment.
  4. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email and SMS immediately.

Q2: Do I need an account to shop on Morzaar?

Yes, creating an account helps us provide faster checkouts, easy returns, and order tracking.

You can also track your order history, save addresses, and receive personalized offers.

Q3: How can I check my order status?

You can track your order anytime:

  1. Log in to your Morzaar account.
  2. Go to “My Orders”.
  3. Click on the specific order to view real-time tracking details.

You’ll also get regular updates via email and SMS as your order moves through each stage.

Q4: Can I modify my order after placing it?

Once your order is confirmed, product or address modifications are not allowed.

However, you can cancel the order (if it hasn’t shipped yet) and place a new one with updated details.

2. Payments & Refunds

Q5: What payment methods are accepted on Morzaar?

We accept a wide range of secure payment options:

  1. Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay)
  2. UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  3. Net Banking (All major banks)
  4. Morzaar Wallet (Coming Soon)
  5. Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for select PIN codes

Q6: Is online payment on Morzaar safe?

Absolutely ✅

All transactions on Morzaar are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

We never store your full card details — payments are processed through trusted gateways like Razorpay, PayU, or PayPal.

Q7: How do I get a refund if I cancel or return my order?

Once your order is cancelled or your returned product is received and verified, your refund is processed automatically:

  1. Prepaid Orders: Within 5–7 business days to your original payment source.
  2. Cash on Delivery Orders: You’ll be asked to provide bank/UPI details for the refund.

You’ll be notified as soon as your refund is initiated.

Q8: What if I haven’t received my refund yet?

If you don’t see the refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank or wallet account.
  2. Contact your payment provider.
  3. If the issue persists, reach us at 📧 support@morzaar.com and we’ll help right away.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Q9: When will my order be delivered?

Delivery times depend on your location and seller.

  1. Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  2. Other Cities: 3–7 business days
  3. Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID to monitor your delivery status.

Q10: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! 🎉

Many products on Morzaar come with Free Shipping.

For other items, standard delivery charges may apply, which are displayed clearly at checkout.

Q11: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

You can cancel the order before dispatch and place a new one with the correct address.

4. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

Q12: How do I return a product?

If your item is eligible for return:

  1. Log in to your account → My Orders
  2. Select the order → Click “Return Item”
  3. Choose your reason and upload photos (if needed)
  4. Our courier partner will pick up the product, and your refund/replacement will be initiated after verification.

Q13: What products cannot be returned?

Items that are personal, customized, or hygiene-related (like innerwear, beauty, or perishable items) cannot be returned.

Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page are also excluded.

Q14: How do I cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped:

  1. Go to “My Orders” → Select the product → Click “Cancel Item”.
  2. If the order has already shipped, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return once it’s delivered.

5. Account & Technical Support

Q15: I forgot my password. What should I do?

No worries! On the login page, click “Forgot Password?”

Enter your registered email or phone number — we’ll send you a secure link to reset your password instantly.

Q16: How do I update my profile or address?

  1. Log in to your Morzaar account.
  2. Go to “My Profile”.
  3. Click “Edit” to update your personal details, address, or preferences.

6. Seller & Partnership Queries

Q17: How can I become a seller on Morzaar?
